Louise is a Broker Associate at Prudential California who began selling real estate in the desert in 1981. She was one of the first agents to embrace the "Team" concept and today leads an eight-member team.

Louise was one of the three among Prudential's 42,000 agents to earn the Legend Fifteen Year Award in 2002. In 2007, she was one of two agents in the entire company in the United States, Canada and Mexico to earn the Twenty Year Award.

A founding member of Desert Estates Network and recently appointed exclusive member of the Luxury Homes Division, Louise has been honored as Palm Springs Small Business Person of the Year in 1991 and Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce 1996 Athena Award Business Person of the Year.

Gretchen is a licensed real estate Broker who started her career in real estate in 1983, right out of college. A large part of her early career focused on commercial real estate, primarily in high rise office leasing. These "years" experience taught her the value of caring about the needs of the client, and working diligently to fulfill them. She has brought her commercial real estate sales experience with her and now thrives working in the residential market.

Like the rest of the team, Gretchen is always on top of the Palm Springs market with the added benefit of being our sales specialist down valley. She is the perfect agent for anyone looking for property from Rancho Mirage to La Quinta and other desert communities.

Gretchen has strong ties to Vancouver, British Columbia, and enjoys helping our northern neighbors find their perfect sunny, snowbird home. Her knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market, and staying up to date on the value of Canadian dollar, add value to our team.

Michael Koski, Design Consultant and a Licensed Real Estate agent

Design Consultant for the Louise Hampton Team at Prudential Realty in Palm Springs, Koski has for the past several years been supervising the design, remodel, and room additions of his clients' homes.

Recent major projects include houses in Morningside and The Springs in Rancho Mirage, Indian Ridge in PalmDesert, as well as Palm Springs' Old Las Palmas area and the Movie Colony.

He has overseen four projects in Laguna Beach and Ritz Cove in OrangeCounty in the past year. Koski is a graduate of UCLA.

Frank has been a Realtor since 1991. He is celebrating his 10th year in Palm Springs after a career in the travel industry and Real Estate in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Frank is the past President of the Rotary Club of Palm Springs and is involved in many service projects.
